Refund policy

FAULTY PRODUCT? 30 DAY WARRANTY

All items come with a 30 Day Manufacturer Fault Warranty from the date the product is received. This does not include wear and tear and miss use of the product. 

In the case that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email hello@daphyandtilda.co.nz for a replacement product.

INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED?

If you have received your order and it is not correct or missing something, please photograph what you have received and send this through along with your order number to hello@daphyandtilda.co.nz.

To qualify for an exchange all items must be received in original, as new condition, unworn and all tags attached.  All goods will be inspected on return.

CHANGE OF MIND?

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you have checked with the size guide prior to purchase.

RECEIVED AND DOESN'T FIT?

We can accept returns if you email us at hello@daphyandtilda.co.nz within 14 days of receiving the item.

1. Return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

2. Item(s) must be in their original state and unworn.

3. All goods will be inspected on return, if your return does not meet the     requirement in point 2, no exchange/refund will be issued.

4. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

5. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Once you have sent the product back to our return address, we will carefully inspect the product to ensure it is in new condition. We have the right to reject your return if it is not in brand new condition after inspection.
